It’s important to remember that bleach and other harsh chemicals void the guarantee. If a scrub shows color bleed during the guarantee period and has not been bleached, you can get a refund or exchange.

Without bleeding, the scrub must be left at room temperature. Unless the item is damaged, worn or washed products cannot be returned. We will work hard to satisfy you and promptly answer any real complaints while treating you fairly.
